Welcome To The Bristol and District Badminton Club Website

Bristol and District Badminton Club is one of the oldest clubs in Bristol. The club has won many league and national club titles in its history and is firmly established in the area. We offer a high standard of play and most of our players are top league and county standard (Junior, senior and Veteran). We also provide a wealth of experience and advice, as a number of members are qualified coaches.

Club nights are on Tuesdays at Kingsdown Sports Centre, 8-10:30 (see Where We Are). We play level and mixed doubles, using the rally scoring system (feathered shuttles only, provided by players). We have the use of 3 courts so plenty of games are available, followed by a trip to the local pub, which is within walking distance! The club also has teams in the top division of the Mens, Ladies and Mixed local leagues.

The club sponsors county juniors by offering them a reduced subscription and shuttles.

We are always on the look out for new members, but are selective based on ability so as to maintain the high standard at the club.
